Stephen Lewis

Stephen Lewis has worked with small businesses since 1989, starting as a strategic and operations consultant and evolving to a small business owner, and ultimately to an investor and portfolio manager. As former President and senior member of Medallion Capital’s management team, Steve has been involved in over 100 investments since 1998, serving as a member of the Investment Committee, underwriting and monitoring many deals. Mr. Lewis serves on Medallion Capital’s board of directors and as an observer on many of Medallion’s portfolio companies.

He is a past President of the Midwest Region of the Small Business Investor Alliance (SBIA) and served on its National Board of Governors.

Mr. Lewis has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Industrial Engineering from Ohio University. When not working on deals, Steve can often be found on his fishing boat.
