Dean R. Pickerell

Dean R. Pickerell has held an executive position with this SBIC since 1986. He has extensive experience in the areas of venture capital, buyouts, private equity, and subordinated debt lending.

Dean has served on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies, including non-profit organizations, and served on the NAIC trade association Board.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Iowa State University and completed course work for an MBA at Mankato State University
